This week we will be learning all about angles. An angle is the point where 2 lines meet. Have a look at the image below.

A triangle has 3 angles and a square has 4 angles. How many angles are in a rectangle?

Angles are measured in degrees. A right angle is when 2 lines meet at 90 degrees. All the angles in a square are right angles.

How many angles can you find around your house? Can you find any right angles?
