For the last two weeks we have grouped animals by what they eat. Talk to your child, can they remember what a carnivore, herbivore and omnivore eats?
Carnivore – An animal that eats only meat. Herbivore – An animal that eats only plants. Omnivore – An animal that eats both plants and meat.
Your job for today is to create a fact file about an animal of your choice – make sure to include what they eat! Can you use carnivore, herbivore or omnivore in your writing?
