Science

For the last two weeks we have grouped animals by what they eat. Talk to your child, can they remember what a carnivore, herbivore and omnivore eats?

Carnivore – An animal that eats only meat.

Herbivore – An animal that eats only plants.

Omnivore – An animal that eats both plants and meat.

Your job for today is to create a fact file about an animal of your choice – make sure to include what they eat! Can you use carnivore, herbivore or omnivore in your writing?

Grown up's you may need to help your child to research their chosen animal.
