Please try to read every day as this is the most important thing to help improve your reading and writing. Homework is listed weekly on the site but there will be a termly topic homework selection which is designed to last all term. Children should pick one thing every week. 

ALL HOMEWORK WILL BE SET ON FRIDAY AND DUE IN ON A THURSDAY

Year 6 - weekly home tasks are:

• Daily reading
• Times table practice daily if they are not secure in them
• Maths homework - they will have an arithmetic book and their teacher for maths will tell them which pages to do each week.  
• Literacy homework - on a grid and choose a different task each week.
• Topic homework - will be there for the whole term. Pick a different activity every week.
