Teaching and learning for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) at The Ridgeway

At The Ridgeway, pupils with SEND make up approximately 25% of our school population.  We are proud and pleased to welcome pupils with a range of additional needs to our school, and staff work hard to ensure that their needs are met.

For the majority of pupils, teaching and learning will take place in the classroom with their peers, but we also run our own small provisions.

Mrs C Hackett - Inclusion Manager/Assistant Headteacher

Mrs E Homer - SENDCo (working days Monday to Wednesday)

Mrs H Cobb - SENDCo (working days Wednesday to Friday)
